A consented directory of your Corner — “the blue house on Elm,” “Max the golden retriever,” how long you've lived here. Every field is opt-in, per person. You control exactly what's shown, and there's no forced street number.

Founded in a driveway
You can't start a Corner alone. Founding one means walking to two neighbors and doing it together — the exact behavior the app exists to create — in about five minutes on your phone.

Verified by neighbors, not an algorithm
Joining takes a vouch from two verified members who've actually met you. No ID uploads, no utility bills, no credit-header lookups — those fail renters, movers, and young people, the folks who most need connection. We verify, then throw the evidence away.

Announcements and DMs — no feed
Post “fire pit Friday, come by,” or message a neighbor directly (many will just say “knock”). There's no feed and no comment threads — that's where neighbor disputes turn toxic, so we don't build them.

Once your street knows each other, the Corner comes alive — a lending board for the tall ladder and the truck, block parties, and a lookout when you're away. Reciprocity is what makes it stick.

Your data is never for sale
No data sale, no sharing, no ad targeting — structurally, not just as a policy. Sensitive things like “away this weekend” stay inside your Corner, auto-expire, and are never stored beyond their window.
