Welcome to IRL Corner, a neighbor-connection app operated by Win IRL, a brand of Jamnaytac LLC (“we,” “us”). By using IRL Corner you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Who can use IRL Corner

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live (and at least 13). Children don’t have profiles. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to be the person you represent yourself to be.

Vouching and good faith

IRL Corner works because neighbors vouch for one another honestly. When you vouch for someone, you’re affirming you actually know them and that they are who they say they are. Vouching is accountable: we record who vouched for whom, and a pattern of bad-faith vouches can reduce your standing or result in removal. Don’t vouch for people you haven’t met, and don’t found or fill a Corner in bad faith.

Your conduct

Be a good neighbor. Don’t harass, threaten, impersonate, or endanger others. Don’t use another person’s information to surveil or harm them. Don’t scrape, resell, or republish the directory. Don’t use IRL Corner for spam, commercial solicitation outside the sponsorship program, or anything unlawful.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us the limited license needed to display it to your Corner and operate the service. You’re responsible for what you share; share only what you have the right to share.

Local sponsorships

Local businesses may appear as sponsors under our program — a fixed, non-interruptive “supported by” placement, subject to neighbor vouching for their localness. Sponsors get a place, never a voice: no feed insertion, no targeting, and no access to neighbor data.

Availability and changes

IRL Corner is under active development and rolls out one Corner at a time; features and availability will change. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers and liability

IRL Corner is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of other members, online or in person — use your own judgment as you would with any neighbor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
